Electric hoists require adequate overload protection for safety!
Chain hoists are lightweight, small-sized lifting equipment available in three types: running, fixed, and low-headroom. All chain hoists are manufactured according to international standards, featuring a beautiful, durable body. The internal gears are all high-temperature hardened, enhancing wear resistance and toughness.
Our electric chain hoists feature a high-strength aluminum alloy housing for compact size, light weight, and high strength. They also feature a pure copper-core motor and a magnetic brake system that brakes immediately upon power failure, ensuring safety. Each hoist undergoes a 30-40 minute test on a complete motor test bench before shipment to ensure product life.
Three models:
Running Type: Drives left and right with a running wheel and moves up and down electrically; Fixed Type: Uses a hook for fixed position and moves up and down electrically; Low-headroom Type: Drives left and right with a running wheel and moves up and down electrically.
1. The aluminum alloy housing is sturdy yet lightweight, with heat sinks for rapid heat dissipation. It can be used continuously, achieving an efficiency of up to 40%.
2. Pure copper motor and magnetic brake: Brakes automatically when the power is turned off, ensuring safe braking during lifting.
3. Limit switch: Automatic limit adjustment prevents limit malfunction.
4. G100-grade chain: Medium-frequency quenching heat treatment; Aviation plug: Wiring-free: The hoist and trolley electrical connections all use aviation plugs for safety and aesthetics.
5. Manganese steel hook: Hot-forged, durable, and resistant to breakage; Transformer: Prevents damage to the switch cable and leakage.
