Safe Use of Crane Hoists to Boost Business Production
Safety is always the top priority. Environmental assessment is crucial: Ensure adequate lighting in the work area, remove obstructions, and confirm the ground's load-bearing capacity. In explosive environments (such as chemical plants), only certified explosion-proof models must be used.

When preparing the load, ensure the weight is evenly distributed and the hook is directly above the load's center of gravity. Use appropriate lifting slings or clamps, avoiding sharp edges that could damage lifting components. Conduct a trial lift before the actual lifting: raise the load to 10-15 cm above the ground to check balance and braking effectiveness.

During operation, move the load smoothly and never pass over personnel. If abnormal noise, vibration, or control malfunction is detected, immediately and safely lower the load and stop the machine for inspection. Suspend operations in severe weather (especially in strong winds when used outdoors).

Personnel training is indispensable: All operators must complete certification training, understand the meaning of load charts, and emergency procedures. We provide multilingual safety manuals and on-site training courses to help businesses establish a safety culture.
