Key Points for Operating an Electric Stacker:

There are many safety precautions for operating an electric stacker. Hebei Tuoshi Hoisting Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. offers some helpful advice to users:

1. Electric stacker operators are prohibited from driving under the influence of alcohol, operating with excessive weight, excessive height, or excessive speed. Sudden braking and sharp turns are prohibited. Stackers are prohibited from entering areas where solvents and flammable gases are stored.

2. Electric stacker safety devices must be complete and intact, with all components functioning effectively and performing in good technical condition. Operating a stacker with malfunctioning equipment is strictly prohibited.

3. Maintain standard operating conditions for the stacker. When operating, keep the forks 10-20 cm off the ground. When stopped, lower the stacker to the ground and drive left and right. When operating on poor road conditions, reduce the weight appropriately and reduce the stacker's speed.

4. If the electronic controller fails to function while the electric stacker is in operation, disconnect the main power supply immediately.

5. When operating an electric stacker, pay special attention to timely battery charging and proper battery maintenance. When charging the battery, pay attention to proper technique. Ensure the battery is fully charged without overcharging.

6. When operating an electric stacker, minimize prolonged, long-distance acceleration. Once the stacker starts and accelerates, hold the accelerator pedal steady. If road conditions are favorable, the stacker will continue to accelerate. When the stacker needs to slow down, release the accelerator pedal and lightly apply the brake pedal. This allows the stacker to fully utilize the energy from deceleration. If the stacker has regenerative braking, this can recover kinetic energy during deceleration. When descending a slope, do not disconnect the stacker's drive motor circuit. Gently apply the brake pedal to engage regenerative braking, utilizing the kinetic energy of the vehicle's downward movement and reducing battery energy consumption.

7. When operating an electric stacker, never mistake the forward/reverse direction switch for the steering switch. Do not fully apply the brake pedal unless emergency deceleration is necessary. If the battery charge is low during operation (as indicated by the fuel gauge, low-battery indicator, or other warning devices), recharge the battery as soon as possible to prevent excessive discharge. 8. When the electric stacker is in operation, do not frequently perform emergency braking while driving at high speed; otherwise, it will cause huge friction to the brake assembly and drive wheels, shortening their service life, or even damaging them.
